Terms of service

1. Accounts and business workspaces

RunVoya is intended for business use. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you register. Keep account and billing information accurate, protect your login, and report suspected unauthorized access.

The workspace owner manages membership, permissions and billing. You are responsible for invited members and their use of your workspace. Connect accounts and upload material only when you have the required authority and permissions.

2. AI assistance and approved actions

RunVoya uses business information and connected services to organize requests and prepare replies, suggested actions and content. Features depend on your plan, connected accounts and provider capabilities.

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Review facts, prices, recipients, dates, media and proposed actions before approving them. You remain responsible for your business decisions and the messages or content you authorize. RunVoya does not provide professional legal, medical, accounting or financial advice.

A draft or proposal is not a completed action. External actions follow the approval or automation settings offered by the product. Approval authorizes the displayed action and payload. Review the reported outcome: a pending, failed or uncertain result does not confirm success.

3. Connected services

Connecting a service authorizes access and processing within the permissions you grant for the selected features. Third-party providers have their own terms, limits and availability, which you must follow.

Disconnect in the available settings or revoke access with the provider. Disconnecting does not undo completed actions or automatically delete imported records. Contact support for deletion assistance. Provider outages, authorization changes, moderation and rate limits may delay or prevent actions.

4. Plans, payments and credits

Your checkout or accepted order identifies the plan, billing interval, seats, allowances, price, taxes and renewal conditions. Payments use our payment provider. Unless checkout states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Trial eligibility, duration, included credits, card requirements and the subsequent price are displayed before you start. Cancel before the displayed billing date if you do not want the trial to become a paid subscription.

Credits measure eligible AI usage. They are not money, cannot be redeemed for cash and do not guarantee a successful external action. The application displays usage and available purchases. Seats and plan changes may affect charges as shown before confirmation. Credits carry over only where your plan expressly provides for it.

You authorize the disclosed charges and must maintain a valid payment method. Failed payments may restrict paid features. We will disclose changes to recurring prices before they take effect so you can cancel before a changed renewal price applies.

5. Cancellation and account closure

Use the billing controls to cancel an eligible subscription, or contact support if you cannot access them. The confirmation specifies when renewal stops and access ends. Cancellation does not automatically delete your workspace or provider records.

Except where required by law or expressly agreed, payments for an already-started billing period and consumed credits are not refundable. Mandatory refund and withdrawal rights remain available. Report incorrect charges promptly.

We may suspend access for unlawful use, security threats, material breaches or nonpayment. Where practical, we will notify you and allow the issue to be resolved. Request account closure and data deletion through support; legal recordkeeping and the privacy policy govern retained records.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use RunVoya for spam, harassment, fraud, unlawful discrimination, misleading impersonation or illegal content. Do not process material without permission, infringe intellectual property, expose credentials, bypass access controls or interfere with the service. Decisions with significant legal effects on individuals require the necessary legal basis and human oversight.

7. Data and intellectual property

You retain your rights in uploaded material. You permit us to host, process and transmit it to provide requested features, operate the service and comply with law. You must obtain the required permissions and provide notices for your customers' data.

We retain rights in RunVoya's software, branding and website materials. Generated output may be used lawfully subject to third-party rights and provider conditions. We do not guarantee that it is unique or free of third-party rights.

Our privacy policy explains personal-data processing. Contact support to arrange applicable data-processing terms where we process personal data on your business's behalf.

8. Availability and liability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free AI output or a particular commercial result. No service-level guarantee applies unless an accepted order provides one. We will communicate material changes affecting paid service.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss caused by third-party services or unauthorized instructions. Our aggregate liability for the service is limited to the fees paid to us for the affected service in the 12 months preceding the event.

These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, liability that cannot legally be limited or mandatory statutory rights. They do not excuse applicable data-protection obligations.

9. Changes, disputes and contact

We may update these terms for product changes or legal requirements. We will notify account holders of material changes before they apply. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance; you may stop using the service and cancel renewal if you disagree.

Contact support@runvoya.com to resolve a dispute. Mandatory applicable law and courts with lawful jurisdiction remain available. An accepted business order may specify additional dispute terms, subject to mandatory rights.
