Credits cover AI work such as answering questions, preparing replies, and generating content. Usage depends on the model and the amount of information processed. Plan and additional-seat credits are combined in one shared business pool.
How much storage does a business receive?
Every business receives 25 GB of shared storage, including during welcome and trial access. Storage does not change by paid plan.
What happens when I add more team members?
Each plan includes a set number of seats. Every active seat above that allowance costs €20/month and adds 6,000 monthly credits to the workspace’s shared credit pool. Pending invitations are not charged; billing begins after acceptance.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
The shared 7-day trial includes 800 total credits and requires a card. Stripe charges when the paid period begins unless the owner starts it sooner.
Which integrations are included?
Every paid plan has access to the same supported integrations with no plan-based integration limits. These include Gmail, Outlook, Zoho Mail, Google Reviews, Google Calendar, HubSpot, Salesforce, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Company Pages. Supported actions and account requirements differ by integration.
