Introduction with Acme

Confirmed time · 30 minutes · approved by you

Illustrative workflow. External actions require review and a supported connection.

01

Check availability

Use Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Zoho Calendar, Cal.com, or Calendly to find suitable times through supported connections.

02

Confirm the details

A proposed slot is not a booking. Confirm the chosen time and invitee details before creating the event or scheduling booking.

03

Keep the scope clear

Calendar-list refresh and live availability checks do not imply a full import of all historical calendar events or bookings.

Before you connect

A few useful details.

Does connecting email also connect my calendar?

No. Mail and calendar are separate capabilities. Authorize the relevant calendar or scheduling connection and select the calendar or event type where needed.

Is this included in my RunVoya plan?

All paid plans include the core RunVoya features. Plans differ by the monthly credits each paid member contributes to the shared business pool. Connections and provider permissions are required for integration-dependent actions.
